Shipping and payment

PERSONAL PICKUP

 You can pick up your order free of charge at our gallery shop Dox by Qubus in the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, Poupětova 1 during our opening hours:

 

Monday: closed

Tuesday - Sunday: 11:00 - 19:00

 

Entrance to the shop is always free of charge without having to pay an entrance fee to the gallery. You can get to us through the main entrance of DOX via the reception, up the ramp to the mezzanine.

Orders can be paid in cash or by credit card.

We prepare the products we have in stock within a few minutes of your order. In that case, you can stop by during opening hours to pick up your order the same day it is placed. Just please wait for our confirmation email. Please pick up your orders within a week of receiving your confirmation email.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us to arrange a pick up time. If it is inconvenient for you to come in during opening hours, arrangements can be made for pick up outside of these hours.

Metro line C - station Nádraží Holešovice + 5 minutes on foot, or one tram stop to Ortenovo náměstí
Tram - 10 min from the city centre to Ortenovo náměstí stop

TRANSPORTATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

 We usually process your order within the next working day if the goods are in stock. After the Czech Republic we ship by carriers DPD and PPL. Delivery time is 1-2 working days. In case of the capital city of Prague we offer the possibility of delivery by Messenger courier the same day.

SHIPPING SERVICE - delivery to the delivery point of the mail-room up to 2 kg - 69 CZK (weight up to 5 kg)
DPD in the Czech Republic for purchases over 5000 CZK - FREE (delivery within 1-2 working days from order confirmation)
EXPRES COURIER in Prague 1 - 10 - 290 CZK (delivery within 2-4 hours from order confirmation)

 

PAYMENT

You can pay for our products in the following ways:

by credit card online
by bank transfer with the possibility of QR code - please indicate the order number as a variable symbol
in cash or by card upon personal collection
cash on delivery (+50 CZK)
If you choose to pay by credit card and for some reason the payment fails, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer with QR code.
