ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Prof. ak. arch. Jiří Pelcl is an established Czech designer who is dedicated to interior design, architecture, furniture design, glass and porcelain. Currently he is also the head of the Furniture and Interior Design Studio at the Prague UMPRUM, where he also served as rector in 2002-2005. Jiří Pelclo's work is represented in the collections of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, Die Neue Sammlung in Munich, Museum fűr Gestaltung in Zurich, MOMA in New York and many others.
