Large tea cup with a pattern with a glossy glaze

The Decopr collection is characterised by its simple shapes and original decoration. This time Pavla combines the approach of ceramics and graphics in this collection, where the decoration is created by engraving similar to the graphic technique of linocut. It is therefore the production of a kind of negative, where the final form of the decoration is only revealed when the product is removed from the mould. Instead of engraving into porcelain, the decor is created directly by engraving into plaster moulds. The simple `Aselian' shapes are thus decorated with patterns resembling snowy fallen needles.
