The Voronoi collection is based on the mathematical principle of the Voronoi diagram.
It is a universal logical procedure for dividing a plane surface, examples of which
commonly found in nature, but also in urban plans of cities. On the same
the same principle is used for patinated silver and onyx jewellery.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Martin Verner's main source of inspiration is nature. His jewellery transforms natural elements into original artistic forms. Recently, he has focused on reflecting microscopic cellular structures, which he transforms as structural elements of jewellery. Based on this research, he has begun to construct some of his jewellery according to the principles of the Voronoi diagram. In all his jewellery designs, he emphasises precise technical execution.
