Dox by Qubus is a curated gallery shop in the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, featuring the best of contemporary Czech and Slovak design and conceptual work.

Under the official name DOX by Qubus, it was introduced in 2008 by designer Jakub Berdych Karpelis. In the minimalist premises of the DOX Contemporary Art Centre in Holešovice, designed by architect Ivan Kroupa, the work of major design icons of Czechoslovak glass, porcelain and jewellery is concentrated in one place. The interior of the store was designed by Qubus Design Studio and fits in with the character of the entire building with its simplicity, which makes the exhibited objects become solitaires that capture attention.

During its short existence, it has already won the highest achievable awards in its field. The Academy of Design awarded this project the title of ''Store of the Year'' at the Czech Grand Design Awards 2008. This is the second trophy for Qubus studio. In 2006, it won the same award for the Qubus shop in Rámová Street, which has been providing space for Czech creativity and design since 2002.

Of course, the design shop is also used for partial exhibitions of designers and design students. The exhibitions are free of charge and the entrance to the design shop is also free of charge - no need to have a ticket to DOX.
